When you’re stressed, you may clench your teeth and create a lot of pain in your jaw, head, neck, and more as a result. If you do, chances are you suffer from Temporomandibular Joint Disorder, named for the hinge in your mouth (the temporomandibular joint) that connects your jaw to your skull and allows your mouth to open and close.
