Caring for a small child isn’t easy: even someone so small can cause a grown-up so much body pain. Chances are you’ve suffered from pain in your back, knees, shoulders, neck, hip, and feet caused by lifting and carrying a child.

Learn to enjoy time with your child without straining or hurting your body in the process.

Point Performance’s trained physical therapists will show you:

    • Specific exercises to strengthen your muscles and your core
    • The proper way to lift and carry a child
    • How to play with them comfortably on the floor or at their level
    • How to maneuver a child from a carseat and a stroller from the trunk

And more!

All attendees are eligible to enter a drawing for one free massage and one personal training session.
