Video: Dynamic Hamstring Stretch


Your hamstring may be tight from all that summer activity you’ve been doing outside, but you also know that stretching them cold can make them worse. Instead, try a dynamic stretch. Here, Adam Gershowitz, DPT, demonstrates how to stretch out the hamstrings by without injuring the muscles. This exercise involves taking a step forward or to the side before bending forward to reach the toes and stretch your legs.
