    Neck Stretches: Video

    By PointPerformance | Blog | Comments are Closed | 11 September, 2018 | 0
In this video, Point Performance’s Dr. Michal Tekle shows viewers how to alleviate neck strain brought on by sitting at a computer all day. With these two simple neck stretches, you can elongate your spine and relieve pain. These exercises can be done at your desk throughout the day.
    Neck Stretch:
Bring chin to throat. You should feel stretch in base of head, if you need to deep stretch, gently pull head forward and down with a hand. Hold for 10 seconds, release and repeat 10 times.
    Side neck stretch:
Bring head down, looking toward armpit and gently apply pressure with hand to deep stretch. Hold for 10 seconds, release and repeat 10 times.
