Dr. Julia Papadopulos earned a BS in Kinesiology from the University of Maryland before obtaining a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Delaware. Her passion for physical therapy grew through her desire to make a difference in people’s everyday lives, both physically and mentally, reinforcing the importance of movement, strengthening, and education in the recovery process. Throughout her education and clinical experiences, Julia developed a passion for treating athletes, general orthopedic patients, vertigo, and post-surgical rehabilitation.
Julia is committed to providing individualized care tailored to each patient’s specific needs and goals. She believes that patient education is a key component of successful rehabilitation, empowering patients to take an active role in their recovery. By prioritizing open communication, Julia strives to build strong relationships with patients and create a supportive environment where they feel heard and motivated. She uses a combination of hands-on techniques, therapeutic exercise, and movement retraining to optimize function and long-term wellness.
In her free time, Julia enjoys going to the beach, painting, traveling, and spending time with friends and family.
