Arlene joins the Point Performance team as a physician assistant with over 10 years of clinical experience. Arlene earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Nutrition from Pennsylvania State University. She completed her dietetic internship at The Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston and then worked as a clinical dietitian at hospitals in Boston, New York, and New Orleans. While working closely with the organ transplant team at the Tulane Abdominal Transplant Institute, Arlene became inspired to further her education and advance her role in providing direct patient care. She later went on to earn her master’s degree from the George Washington University Physician Assistant Program.
Arlene has been practicing as a physician assistant for over 10 years in the DC area. She has worked with the hospitalist group at Virginia Hospital Center as well as with the MedStar Georgetown Transplant Institute at Georgetown University Hospital.
In her spare time, Arlene enjoys spending time with her 2 boys, walking, and trying out new healthy recipes.
