Holding a business card at arm’s length, begin to turn your head side to side quickly while keeping the print in focus. After 30 seconds, pause. You might feel some slight dizziness, but that is normal. Then begin to nod your head quickly, again keeping the print in focus. Continue for 30 seconds.
