What Is It?

Diagnosis

- No specific imaging needed unless other pathology is suspected

- Stretching, heat, and manual therapy
- Physical therapy: focus on posture, ergonomics, and muscle reeducation
Interventional Options:
- Trigger point injections or dry needling
