Several aspects of Mark’s care were impressive. First, he had all the time in the world for me. Second, he encouraged me to visit a surgeon. Mark believed that his practice of physical medicine and rehabilitation would be a better option than surgery, but he wanted me to understand all of the options available. With no ego or agenda, he was interested in my best care. I elected not to have surgery and remained under Dr. Klaiman’s care. Today, at age 50, I play golf, swim, bike, and exercise regularly. -Andy Friedlander
